If you cannot go to camp due to illness, please let the registrar know as soon as possible, as we normally have other campers on our waiting list. The Camper Registration Fee is non-refundable. Camper Fee is refunded as outlined in the refund policy on the Refunds page.
Select Financial Aid during the registration process, and also submit the application for Financial Aid found in the Supplemental Documents once registration is complete. This application is for a request for a reduction in camp fees. Initial registration or staff application (and application acceptance) must be completed with associated registration/applications fees paid in full before financial aid can be considered. Any discount to camp fees will be reviewed and applied to the outstanding camp fees balance. It will not be distributed as funds to individual participants. Applying for financial aid does not guarantee any aid. Several factors are used in the assessment process, including, but not limited to, available funding and verified need.
