Happy Holidays, Camp Community!
We hope the season is treating everyone well. Camp is busy preparing for the 2024 session, and we are excited for our biggest year ever! Be on the lookout on Instagram andFacebook for the opening of our 2024 registration in January.
Camp is an invaluable Summer experience: 6,500 feet in elevation in the High Sierras, connected with nature and disconnected from technology, where campers tell stories, enjoy activities, share laughs, build friendships, and take home a lifetime of memories. We love reminiscing about our own camp experiences, and love hearing about all of your memories, too. If you have been to Camp, take a moment this holiday season to reflect and share your stories from Camp with loved ones. If you have not been to Camp or have not been in a while, we hope you get a chance to hear some stories and join us in 2024.
Camp is always looking for the next generation of leaders. Our volunteer Counselors-in-Training and Counselors learn lessons in communication, leadership, and safety. Camp Counselor experience looks great on school applications and resumes. If you know of anyone who may be interested in coming to Camp and building leadership skills, please let them know about Camp St. Andrews. Our program starts at age 14, and training is provided.
On December 16th, from 12 pm to 2 pm, we will be hosting our annual holiday party. All Camp family and friends, past and present, are welcome. Join us at SEA Episcopal Church in San Bruno for food, friends, and cheer. Refer to our Sign Up here for all the details on the Potluck and White Elephant Gift Exchange.
Thank you, Camp Community, for all of your support. We are forever grateful for the Campers who are the spirit of Camp St. Andrews. We are grateful for the Staff who volunteer their time, energy, and enthusiasm to create the Camp environment. We are grateful for the parents who gave Camp St. Andrews a chance, and for passing on the good word to their friends, families, and communities.
Don’t forget to register in January and mark your calendars for next year’s Camp session, Sunday July 21 through Saturday July 27th. We can’t wait!
