Non-refundable Fees:

Registration Fees are non-refundable.

Refundable Fees:

Paid Camp Fees will be refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation based on the following table:

 

Timing of Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made prior to June 1 will be processed at the time written notice of cancellation is received. Refunds for cancellations made on or after June 1 will be made within 30 days of completion of camp session. The date written notice of cancellation is received will be used for determining refund amount.

Email notice to the Camp Registrar ([email protected]) shall constitute written notice.
